Dragonair's Cadet Pilot Programme & PPL
 

hi all,

i have been reading lots of threads regarding Dragonair's "hidden policy" on the recruitment of Cadet Pilots...in which...it seems to me that Dragonair does not want to hire young adults with PPL or higher qualifications to join the company as Cadet Pilots...

i really wish to confirm if this is a true fact...

would someone from Dragonair please confirm this "policy" please?

or if anyone of you (or your friends) has recently joined Dragonair's Cadet Pilot Programme with a PPL or higher qualifications?

First, have to declare i am not insider of KA.
I know a young guy with a CPL selected by KA for a modified cadet prog, conducted in early 2005.

hey guys,
if that's tru, then i guess it is a good news for all of us...I got a Australian PPL and finish my CPL theory...was worried about being over-qualifying.
