Any BBCs here who are fighting for a cadet position with these airlines?

I've grown an ambition to do so, well just want to say hi hehe!

Does one of your parent hold a vaild HK resident card? If yes, you could try to get in. I think some of the cadet hopefuls in here are like that. However, CX did state on their website that they will give preference to HK born resident.
