Canadian aviation booklet renewal for rtr(p)
Hello. I am from in India. My aviation booklet is about to expire in Dec 2016.Hence even my rtr (p) will expire in Dec. Plz guide How to renew it from my country. Do I have to take signature for verification. Who is authorized to verify my documents. Also is it compulsory to do elp test 12 months prior to your date of applications.

You should probably ask in the North America forum regarding renewal of the Canadian Aviation Booklet.
Alternatively if you pass Part 1 of the WPC exam on the basis of the Canadian RTR license you can get an RTR C valid for 20 years
Renewing the Canadian booklet is only going to get you another RTR P which is valid for 5 years only
