A friend of mine who got knocked out of the COMPASS test told me he had practised compass for 3 days prior to the test and had consistently scored 8-9/10. And he found the actual test a cake walk, yet his name was not in the random list of people called out. At least they should have provided us with the scores or a ranking system against our names or something. You cant just call random names and say they are selected, rest of you go home thank you.

Bro didn't you knew about Spice and its whole recruitment game ? Every time same procedure of selecting pilots through backdoor happens 2-3 months before recruitment selection process commences.
Its total shambles if you have no contact in HR or Operations department at Spice plus you need to pass your name through a higher ranking official who only picks phone call from bureaucrats.This is widely known fact.
