Got through stage 1.some update info on stage 1 tech

1/2 p v2= whats the p stands for

whats the AOA

whats the runway heading in hongkong

learn your TAS/MACH/IAS what happens with alt/climb-decent

ILS calculations

met whats a sea breeze

some silly question about 7600/7500/7700

METAR and you have to know how to read it.

speed xxx ROD XXX how many min then how many NM


btw guys that's all I remember plus some answers are very tricky(for about 3-4 Q).


personal interview: easy not jet engines etc I was asked about PA34 from my previous experience and VMCA V1 etc

Still waiting for them to give me the dates for the stage 2 interview.

I did some researches on CX ....is the upgrade to F/O still takes 4 years?

Yes. I haven't got the date, but was to told on the interview that stage 2 was suppose be at the end of august.
I just hope they give me notice at least 2 weeks before.
