an imp. Question:
During an emergency situation, if braking fails,
Does the hydraulic accumulator initiate breaking axn without pilot input , that is tries to maintain the psi levels on its own?
...Or, does pilot have to initiate an axn, even for the accumulator to function?

in case of failure of primary brake system ( i.e. pump failure) a secondary system will be selected in case that fails too, accumulator will provide hydraulic fluid under pressure but braking action will have to initiated and maintained by pilot.

Guys those who didnt make it past the GD round last time will be called directly for that this time...they need not appear for the written exam...this has been cnfrmd by jet airways HR dept...i had called them a few moments back...
they shall be sending out a mail to such candidates within a day or 2 thats wat i was told.

did u ask them when is the GD 4 such candidates is expected 2 start .... cos if they r sending emails now our GD might start before written

No i didnt ask him...he had sed thr will b an email sent regarding this to all such candidates soon...i m sure it will hv all the necessary info...though i wd still expect our GD to b after the written exams
