I am not personally aware of any ELP examiners in Bangalore
The nearest I know would be CTE Hyderabad .
Alternatively you can try Capt Amit Singh DFO at AirAsia . I assume he is based out of bangalore but I dont have any contact info

well after lots of contact digging, evetually ssomone was able to conduct the test and provide me wit the cetification.

I am renewing my cpl, so I needed ELP to be endorsed. I am from bhubaneswar, so I am planning to take the test from hyderabad capt Mamata.
So can kolkatta RLO will endorsed ELP and renew my cpl. I have heard in this forum, so just want to be sure, that ELP can only be endorsed at Delhi only.
If it is right, then it will not be worth of going to hyderabad for ELP as after all I have to go to Delhi to endorse ELP and the test can be done there.

To add, I guess Delhi does the initial endorsement and the RLO only does the renewal part. So in my case, my ELP has lapsed, so I guess the RLO can do both renewal ELP and cpl renewal.
