Hi all, here is what I find about KA flight grading in the thread:
"KA Flight Grading is divided into two categories, also depending on the level of experience of a candidate. They are:
a. Basic Grading - 7 flights in Grob115A, focusing on BAC. For applicants with <20 hours TT.
b. Advanced Grading - 7 flights in Grob115A, also focusing on BAC. Plus 3 flights in CAP10 aerobatic aircraft."
Just need some verification since the information was posted 4 years before.
Also like to know how long does it take for the whole flight grading process?
Where does it take place? Adelaide? Thank you guys

Just did my AT... Here are scores if others want to post them then they are welcome to...
DI: 10-10-9 (jerked the joystick on last one)
Pattern: Think I did bad
Shapes and colours: 11Hits 1 Miss both times
DI + Shapes: All hits
DI + numbers: Missed one
DI+ 2 things: 8 Hits 6 misses (I suck at this)
Fly the airplane: 7-8-8 (so hard to get a 9)
Now the waiting begins....

I have applied for two times and was stuck in the HR interview stage. And I applied for the 3rd time in January this year but no response till now. Do I still have the chance to be accepted for the application?

Apt test
I am new to KA.
I have just done the Apt test at KA House recently...
DI 8 - 9 -10
Shape recognition 8-9 out of 10
Colour with different axis No missed
DI plus Count 5 Hit 1 miss
DI plus Shapes with different axis 6 hit 0 miss
3 Multi-Task 10 Hit 4 misses
Fly the plane 6 8 8
Not sure if it is a good score..

the batch just recruited and starts in Nov is going to FTA and possibly the FTA MPL program. the 2nd class in CTC is going to finish their training in early 2015, it does make sense the next recruit will be going to CTC IMO, but these are not official info tho

CTC assessment on 02 Dec 2014
Anybody received the invitation of CTC assessment on 02 Dec and confirmed with the email already? Looking for group mates to work on that tgt.
