You are correct. Only HKID holders are eligible for CPP. AE and TT are the only programs available to Foreign Nationals.

@ LP Thanks for that info. I was born in Kowloon to British and Austrian parents and luckily because I was not born on British soil I am classed as Hong Kong Chinese and do have a permanent ID resident card
