How long does the entire interview process goes? I mean from Stage 1 to confirmation that you are going to FTA.

Stage 2 is group interview, right? Anyone has done it before?

btw, I love the idea of getting together for prep sessions, couldn't make it to the session tonight though, leave me a msg if you are interested to set up other prep sessions.

The entire process takes months. The wait between stage 1 and 2 seems to take awhile, however as I understand once you get to stage 2 the process speeds up a bit. Typically people find out at the end of the day whether they made it to stage 3 or not.

Stage 2 consists of a group exercise, not a group interview, as well as more aptitude tests, math tests, flight planning exercise with a partner, and a final interview which includes both HR and technical questions. From what I've read, this interview is where most people make it or break it.

for my 1a, it took a week and a bit for them to send me an email saying you passed. The email will also say the time and date of stage 1b
