to NZ744

Hello there NZ744, I'm in that situation as well, did Initial A in september 2012, got the email in December they would start recruiting again in october, haven't heard much from them either, so I send them an email now and then. They told me to wait patiently till October until they can give me an update on the process. Nothing we can do in the meantime...

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if the type of degree matters, because I'm currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's of Business Administration, and we don't really take much math and science courses, so will that affect my chances?

Thanks!

Hey jarvis, i don't necessarily think the type of degree matters, as there have been cadets in fta previously doing Bachelors of Arts, Business and etc.. I believe as long as you have done some maths and science subjects during your high school and you will be alright with that. I don't think it will affect your chances too if you are doing a business degree at the moment. all the best!

Quick question, does anyone or has anyone not been able to attend an interview and managed to push the date back with CX??

I have a 1a interview on Oct 21st but due to university examinations, I am unable to attend.

I really hope I don't have to re-apply again....

Please advice guys.

Cheers.

Write to them and explain your situation. I have a friend that pushed his 1A back twice, and he's now going to do it in October.

Or, simply give them a ring between 1000-1200 HKT, that way you can save a lot of time, and it's the fastest way to get your next interview date.
