A330-343E,
I applied late May, on the 2Xth and it's been about 2 weeks now so I think I should be expecting an email? I'm a local applicant btw.
I applied to Dragonair CPP and got an invitation email in 2 weeks time. I have 0 hours under my belt.
and to Biggles,
yeah I check my trash/spam folder because i found my KA CPP invitation email in there as well. I'm just paranoid about the phone call. Can someone PM me their number so I can check if they did in fact call me? I'm trying to call them back but there are a lot of missed calls lol.

Hi cykzstudent,
Have you tried to call the HR ladies?
To antes56,
Any previous flying experience for you?
Ryodan,
Keep waiting...it's just 2 weeks since you applied. Some people including myself have been waiting for 2 months or even more. I wrote them an email and asked them to follow up my application status. Hoping to get some response later this week. Otherwise will call them up and see..

I'm glad to hear that others are waiting awhile for the e-mail. I told them July too so I guess that's the hold up.
northbound: No I'm in the long course.
cyyap: I had my third round interviews on the 1st.

Yea. I'm just waiting for the short course at the moment. From what the lady told me on the phone, it looks the short course will start towards the end of november (I wish they had a date already). So the flight grading wont be until august (Again wish they had a date for that too).
Good luck to All!!!

When will be your interview ? I will be there on July 5. How did you prepare for it as well? Just want to share some thoughts before really going for it. Only 2 weeks left !

Hi SW1,
It's just a personality assessment test. Essentially, the test has 21 "questions". You'll have 30 minutes to complete it. It's a computer-based test.
In each "question", you will get a list of 8-10 phrases (I can't recall now), and you have to rank them according to which phrase most describes you as #1 and the rest in descending order. Some phrases are reused in other questions as well.

For the reasoning test, you pretty much have to determine pattern sequences.
It starts out pretty easy but gets progressively more difficult. You get 5 mins to complete 12 practice questions and 40 mins to complete 36 main questions.
@bonbon
Did you just attend the NY interviews? Or anyone else here for that matter.
