I failed last August and was told I wasn't going to be reconsidered for another year, just got an invite for Stage 1 on 9/1, but the process has changed, now they do tech quiz + aptitude, then have you pay for their ICAO English proficiency before even getting to Initial B...

I have HKID and i got to stage 2 of cadet program 3 years ago but didnt make it.
I m now right seat of a Q400 and have about 1850 hours, ATPL, 800 2 crew turbine.
I didnt hear back until the longest time and then I switched my interview location to Hong Kong and got the invite a couple days later..

Can i join the CX CPP with an lazy eye (Amblyopia)
Hello mates
I have the problem of lazy eye since I was a kid. After undertaking some treatment in my childhood, my lazy eye problem was not cured completely at all. My left eye would not not occcaionally lose focus, but happen when i am extremely tired.
I am wondering can i join the CX cadet piloit even though i have glasses to correct my vision? Is there any CX cadet pilot is suffering from lazy eye too? Also, is it possible for me to seek advice from Aviation Medical Exaimner (AME) in Hong Kong before i make the application to CX, because I don’t want to be disqualified after i have, if possible, gone through all the interview stages.
