How are you guys preparing for the interview? Is previous experience on flightsim gonna help? Like if I tell then I fly PMDG 737, Fslabs a320 , do VATSIM etc, is it gonna help me in anyway? I have no clue how to prepare for it. If anyone can help me out, it'd be great. Thanks and all the best to everyone who are awaiting their result.

No. I haven't even appeared for the first phase. I will appear next year, finishing off my degree this year. I need some help that from where should I prepare everything to clear the selection procedure.

no bro , as of now no "international" applicant has been called. only Singaporeans and Malaysians. the goal is to fill the upcoming positions with locals and if they still find lack of people , only then they shall look into international applicants. as far as preparation goes there isnt much to prepare for. The main element of the process is the interview, where they check your interest towards flying and aviation. Be assured you cant fake it cause they are very good at screening people. so just be yourself and keep the usual answers to questions such as " tell me about yourself" ready.
