Qf ceo wants people to use some of their leave to help them out during the flying reduction program.
Try asking for a day off to attend an important family function or whatever in normal times & it gets refused.

With a reduced schedule - isn’t now the perfect time not to be taking leave as everyone is working that little bit less?

I think he’s stating a measure of dissatisfaction In the irony that the company is requesting people to take leave when they often denied a leave request.

At some competitors they’re being told to take unpaid leave for an indefinite amount of time.....
