have had many ap kick off due to handover...one of our machines was notorious for it! The old phase 2’s would hard over and stay on until pilot physically shuts off the appropriate axis.

Unfortunately, the upside down triangle/ top heavy admin airline mgt model, has become engrained in major helicopter operators!

CHC restructured out of bankruptcy, but not out of that airline...

Why would a manufacturer ground their type without proof of a design/ manufacturing failure?

Airbus is standing behind their product until it's proven, possibly, to be defective.....imho

How can they buyback a/c with no new work and with what $$$? I get the ch11 strategy, but in 6 mos where will the extra $$$ come from to purchase a/c for what new contract work.

EASA vs Airbus

Looks to me like a quasi disagreement between EASA and Airbus. EASA check MGB health and control rod attachment. Airbus check control rod attachment only. How could Airbus not consider MGB health...
