I think you've made your own mind up if you don't want to go for flexi-crew "exploitation"! that said I think salary is better than 15k p/a and the new contract is 12 months with ctc before easyjet...

CTC have an NG sim I think? Not sure how much use it gets as it seems its all airbus coming from them, so I guess you may be able to get a couple of hours. It's in Southampton though.
