A friend of mine on the 777 says he did a lot of sleeping in the chair instead of the bunk. Liked it dark and would end up squeezing sheets and pillow cases in various areas to block out the lights....

Actually, I was thinking of what is called de-rotation damage.....nose comes down too quickly after main gear touchdown. 767's especially early ones which had a weaker structure are known for this....

Seem to remember AF dropping a 777 on YYQ. Polar bears are seasonal. Been down to the beach in the summer. No bears in sight. Fall is the time of year where they are waiting for the water to freeze.
