I guess in the strive for efficiency that reliability has taken a hit. The alternate engine has issues too pushing current technology to the limits, the GE90 on the 777 still has regular BUG failures...

It seems the ministry of stupid ideas has come up trumps again at LGW....

All belts must be removed and put through the xray machines to prevent random bleeps going off through secuirty to help...
