Pretty normal in sale/leaseback deals. Short term financial gain, but then the airline pays lease rates based on the higher sales price. So it evens out over time.

Same thing here as Deltahotel says, about half the 752/753 fleet and all the 767s. It might be a generational thing with the 757s, the older ones can’t but the later builds can.

30 minutes to reach FL300 is pretty good for this generation of jet. In my DC-8 days taking 45 minutes to climb to FL280 at high temps and weights was pretty normal.
