BALPA's stance is that all Lauren Pilots should join the BA Mainline Seniority List - Therefore Lauren F/O's will have access to the entire BA fleet after a stint in Europe.

Crew at the Airline's home base have to fly to 30 weeks. However, they are put onto shorthaul. Out of the LHR base there isn't that option!
The union are now aware and are on the case.
