One thing I have noticed on our MK socket outlets is that they have a tenacious grip on a 13amp plug earth pin, which requires a very firm pull to remove the plug.

Nuisance calls are so frequent that I only answer numbers I recognise, and ignore all others. If there's no voicemail message, the call wasn't important.
