The VS A346 is in for storage until the winter season when it will be off for scrapping, not sure where it will go to be parted out, it could be done at NQY. My guess is that’s it’s kept ready to fly...

i would guess that the schedule is too optimistic. However it’s not uncommon really to lease in extra capacity ?

To be fair flybe and any airline won’t make money on advanced purchase hand baggage fares. The money on commuter routes will come from last minute sales along with add ons, baggage, onboard sales etc...
