LHR, A380 speed restriction questions.

During an approach to LHR, when instructed to fly holding speed (before arriving LAM holding pattern).
For A380, do you fly green dot speed or A380 holding speed ( green dot speed plus 25)?

The point is we inadvertently deploy the slide 3-4 times a year and are trying to get the groud staff to open the door from outside instead of the cabin crew.

One with plug type aft cargo door and the other got hinge type aft cargo door.
The one with plug type got advisory and the hinge type got caution.
