I got hired at TAM in 2005 and all of my hours were in the US. ANAC didn't accept them but TAM had no problem accepting them. I don't know if it has changed or not.

Your hours won't be validated no matter how many stamps, signatures, proof of ownership of airplane etc you show these idiots but you should still be able to get a conversion without your time...
