Only if you want an iPad with internal GPS. Non-mobile/cellular iPads will have to use a external GPS device connected using wifi or bluetooth. Non-cellular Android tablets will have an internal GPS....

Everything else for an LAPL(A) either has no expiry (aerobatics, night)...

EASA licences are valid for G-reg Annexe II aircraft in the UK. If your non-UK licence allows you fly the particular type, you can fly the same G-reg type in the UK without any further bureaucracy.

Your NPPL(A) with it's SSEA rating entitles you to be issued with an LAPL(A), it does not...
