I have HMEC25's from the day job and have used them in light aircraft too. They're not really suitable for a PA-28 but the quieter cockpit of the DR400 makes them usable and I find the battery life...

For planning 20kg/min or 1200kg/hr works well, although in the cruise at FL250 you'll actually see under 1000kg/hr. Doesn't vary too much with weight.
Holding 800kg/hr.

I think it's a slot problem at LGW. Flybe doing best they can with what they were given.
I don't think much of the NCL-EXT timings though and loss of the 2nd flight on Mon & Fri.

While I can't say I'm the Q400's biggest fan I'd happily take it into LCY. From what I've seen in the sim and online it's a bit like the 200 Dash(!) in that it lands better from a steepish approach...
