Southampton and Leeds the likely destinations. Incredible if 2 airlines launch routes on the same day. It'd make more sense for one of them to hold off for a few days to maximise the media coverage.

Hopefully that'll happen EI-BUD. Cork built up a particularly strong portfolio of airlines in the mid 2000's but the aviation scene in the U.K. and Europe has changed significantly since those days....

Heard recently that a 777 was refused handling at Cork due to a lack of suitable ground equipment. Another backward step given that Cork regularly handled 747's in the early 2000's.
