Northolt radar is done from the TC part of Swanwick to integrate with the London TMA controllers at NATS. It works well, however this once again proves the issues that the branch faces.

They have a radar screen at the end of the console which is the same as the rest of the AC ops room, to that matter, they have limited functionality although can see the same information.

Since gaining my PPL(A) I've flown mostly with pax. To be honest, I prefer it as its an extra set of eyes. I've yet to fly with another pilot though since I've had my license!
