Most modern aircraft I flew had less than one knot difference between IAS and CAS, hence you could assume IAS to be CAS without much of an error.

GW+75 would be Vls+10 as required be many abnormals. If you're slats only it be GW+90.

By regulation you're required to obtain a 2.4% climb gradient.
Doing that for five minutes will make you climb at least 1500...

High airspeed, high idle thrust.
Descend with 280 kt idle thrust will still be high.
Cut the thrust at 20 feet doing 125 kt, residual thrust is far less.
