Bad UK Airport Experiences

In my opinion Cardiff takes some beating - never have so many been engaged in processing so few with such incompetence and hostility.

BA285

Fruitbat

BA 285 left with 12 CC of which 2 were volunteers. Service was great as was the atmosphere. Also a huge amount of support from the pax for the onboard crew.
