I can confirm that most if not all scouts used during Op Corporate flew with wheels fitted.
I have looked at some of the photos/slides that I took during the operation and all the scouts have wheels...

I would say that was possibly taken in 1983 at the Airshow at Middle Wallop. Not sure that it would have returned from FI in time for any shows in 82, but I am open to correction.
