If the crew had a pressurisation problem, then descended, decided it wasn't a problem at the lower level, and then continued to destination, I'd expect the latter case.

I've flown cats commercially (with their owners!) on a small bizjet. They were in carriers and seemed ok, although i suspect from the mewing they didn't enjoy the pressure changes all that much :/

For left seat, I'd expect somewhere in the mid 60k range, possibly more. Right seat, probably somewhere around 40-45k. Although i have heard of a operator paying their FOs over 50k.
