A lot of military aircraft still do not show up on any of the flight tracking sites (including globalADSB) so you never see the true amount however recently more have started to appear on these sites...

I would say aircraft B can be airborne 3 minutes after aircraft A. Although it doesn't make it very clear in the MATS. I would argue that it comes under aircraft departing from an intermediate point...
