It is sometimes overwritten by the 'ADOBE READER' bit of text on the form but the number will be on the email

I too think the mandatory training bit has gone - the CAA website is a mess - but still think you need an ATO to take the exams.

I may be wrong - my wife says I am all the time.

It is predominantly an IFR bit of kit so doesn't need to show that much detail, hence no airfields that do not have an ICAO code.

You can of course add your own waypoints/towns etc.
