AFAIK the requirement is lifted to speak fluently German with EWG.

I think 900 hrs a year is still a bit enthousiastic though... perhaps for OTP, BUD, WAW,LTN etc. but not for some of the smaller 3/2/1 aircraft bases like SBZ, IAS, WRO, VAR, KIV etc. 85hrs per month...

Yes, however, in Romania you pay 35% social taxes. Also, the landings are tax free since there is no per diem anymore, they had to find a different legal solution.
