You'd think CTC would have reduced the numbers per course to help keep the hold pool at a managable size. They're just stitching up those already swimming, who one day hope to get a full time...

NSF - may i suggest you look at the way easyjet treats its own pilots before you criticise other airlines. The way easy/ctc are destroying T&Cs for FOs is a joke.

i agree, being in the hold pool must be extremely tough. but then again, i've got mates who've gone modular, cant even get a sniff of a job and have plenty of debts themselves. in these tough times...
