The licence conversion is easy. Getting a work permit for the USA is impossible.200 hours TT don't help on either side of the pond or anywhere on the planet.

The employer should provide the ratings. There is no 'best' aircraft. You need the rating on the type you'll work on. No point getting a 206 into the license and trying to get a job on a 350.

The Polish Airforce does it right, they will train on R44s...
