I gave it my best try for Doha but unfortunately I have been out of ATC for too long (as per Qatar's definition anyway..) so with that I exit the world of Control Towers.

If I recleared a flight so that it does not go over HAZEL, I would also restate the altitude requirement, provided it is still needed. It is so much simpler to say "altitude restriction cancelled"...
