Out of interest, what happened to him? I remember a member of CFS talking about this to other QFIs in the crewroom of my UAS in 2000 (and it stuck in my mind due to its unusual nature).

Hi,

I was flying yesterday and I got the METAR for Madrid via ACARS. After the usual weather report, it had the following on the end

R99/29//95

I don't know what this means, can anyone help...
