If the expiry date is say 21 April, then it remains valid...

Islay have an NDB only approach which is not aligned with the main runway 13/31.

Higher minima than the NDB/DME approaches.

Add to that the known issues with a NDB, I think the ALTA approach...

A little local difficulty yesterday Monday 16 April.

Due ATCO sickness the airport closed early afternoon. Scheduled flights cancelled. Local MP will be jumping up and down.

They are "owned" by HIAL. CAA then approve certain operators to use them.
As to dual validations - should not this process have been in place...
