My father joined SUAS on 9 April 1973 and ferried the last SUAS Chipmunk to Kemble on the 13 March 1974 - WP811 does not appear in his log book.

I would agree that LR (Hangar 4/Building 80) ...

I would agree that LR (Hangar 4/Building 80) looks likely - except for the light coloured path which is not in the same position as later images (not that it couldn't have been moved!).

Side by side config., retractable gear, single throttle (no Mix or RPM - so jet), I think its the Sud-Ouest Triton.

Well they look like bi-planes - the hanger gives scale so my guess is Handley Page before they moved - so Cricklewood?
