A320F Autothrust inop take off

Hi guys!
I had to perform an autothrust take off due to MEL.
Operational procedure was followed (22.30.01A) press and hold autothrust instinctive disconnection p/b for 15.Cat 2 capability only.

I don't know any company advertising for a rated no hour on 737... Wizz has a cadet rated program so I guess you could have the same for Boeing...
