It's going to be very difficult to get an answer to that question here, I know of a couple of glider pilots that also have the JCAB ATPL but I don't think that they ever tried to get the rating...

All contracts have been cancelled at Air Japan for the remainder of 2020 and possibly 2021. I wouldn't expect a job at any of the ANA subsidiaries for the foreseeable future.
