I agree. A type rating doesn't even cost 20k, so if they want that much they obviously want you to contribute towards the line training as well.

The bond was never Ä35k in the past. It used to be Ä29k, then it went down to Ä5k and since the start of the year itís been Ä10k. So if itís now up to Ä35k, thatís the most itís ever been.

I had presumed if you were a mentored cadet you bypassed the HR bit and went straight into the sim assessment day.
