Unfortunately the T3 comes with a limit for downwind (25 kts) that isn't there on the earlier models. Again, all for the direct air intakes and reingestion of fumes.

Of course there is not a published limit for engine temp pre-starr so practically it's probably only going to be used for maintenance (eg engine rinse) or for blowing out a post-shutdown tailpipe...

Yep, fair point. From his original post, I assumed the incident was in an airfield or low ground environment. The only bit that really needs to go in the definition is the mention of ground effect.
