Many airlines use online tests including Easyjet & AerLingus, so RYR wouldn't be the first to use those tests to filter people out

As far as I know a friend of mine told me that once you are in your base you rarely have to commute. You will find a lot of angry people on this forum who just enjoy bashing Ryanair.

As prep I'd recommend uPilot.ie

The SIM at Upilot has no feedback, you should try and do your preparation in a proper 737 Sim. Many guys who went to Upilot struggled at the assessment
