Yes within the last year there has been a rise. Expect, with standard pension contribution of 6% a little over £3k after tax. I'm not in the busiest base and in Summer would get perhaps £5/600 on top...

Most crew have a very quiet roster at the minute. For what it's worth my guess is aircraft still being in maintenance.

In fairness today there were delays across the board in various airlines due to Spanish strike action. Don't think that's due to crewing levels
