I agree - don't come expecting to earn over 100k. I would say earning that in year 1 is not impossible but rare. You'd have to do a lot of flexis, even more when you consider that everyone has 7k...

I donít think TUI are competing with Ryanair to be honest - if you want just a flight you will go with Ryanair, if you want a package holiday with everything taken care of you will be going with TUI....
