I thought all large pax a/c have True HEPA filters and the air system blends recirc and outside air. True HEPA will capture most viruses...

So this graph is saying you have roughly the same chance of dying of C19 as you do of dying of all other things. So, you have roughly double the chance you did last year, of dying if you are late...

I would be very surprised if one is required post-Brexit. Even the US don't require one now. But who really knows based on the statements coming out of the UK government over the past few weeks.
